With an extensive career in executive leadership, business development, human resources, marketing and training, Wendra’s coaching became a natural part of every role.  Over time she witnessed first-hand the value of helping people discover their strengths and potential, while regaining confidence through honest dialogue, acknowledging current obstacles and choosing to take ownership and action.

She has worked in a variety of industries and organizations, including manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, human capital management and the US Army. Wendra currently serves as the VP HR Technology for a leading insurance organization. 

Wendra has completed and facilitated numerous courses around professional development, leadership and team building . She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management, has achieved designations as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and was accredited as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Wendra has devoted time to volunteering with the Next Steps program of the Dress for Success foundation. This program helps young women secure the skills, knowledge and confidence to gain employment and advance in opportunities.
