With over 25 years in business development, human resources, training and leadership, Wendra’s coaching of individuals became a natural part of every role.  Over time she saw first-hand the value of helping people discover their strengths and personal power, while regaining confidence through honest dialogue, acknowledging current obstacles and choosing to take action.

She has worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, staffing, medical imaging, managed health care, payroll and the US Army. In addition to coaching, Wendra also serves as the chief business development officer for a national employee benefits services provider.

Wendra has completed and facilitated numerous training courses around professional development and diversity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is finalizing her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation.

Wendra devotes time to volunteering with the Next Steps program of the Dress for Success foundation. This program helps young women secure the skills, knowledge and confidence to gain employment and advance in opportunities.
